Welcome to the Newcastle Falcons Academy. Our philosophy as a club has always been that the ‘person’ is more important than the ‘player’ and for those who are invited into the academy, we promote both social and educational development alongside rugby development.
As a club we are proud of our track record in bringing players through the academy system and into the Newcastle Falcons first team squad and beyond. Over 50 graduates of our development pathway have earned international honours since academies were formed and the game turned professional in the late 1990s.
Our programmes are always evolving to meet the constantly changing needs of the modern player and with the support of our main sponsor Elm Group we are confident that our region will continue to be a breeding ground for top class rugby players and well-rounded people.
