Staged in Gold North Suite, this is an open forum in which fans are invited to put their questions to the trio as the club reflects on its first season back in the Aviva Premiership and outline its plans for the future.
As well as asking questions in person on the night, fans can also submit their questions as a private message via Facebook and Twitter making sure that they leave their telephone number, email address and full name.
