With back-to-back Aviva Premiership home games to look forward to after Christmas (v Wasps on Dec 30 and v Bath on Jan 6), Newcastle Falcons would like to inform supporters of revised opening times for the Kingston Park Stadium box office and club shop over the festive period.

Wasps are the visitors to the North East on Friday December 30 (kick-off 7.45pm), with the club striving to make ticket and merchandise purchases as easy as possible.

Regular opening hours will be in operation this week, apart from Thursday’s late opening until 7pm.

Christmas Eve will see both shop and box office close at 2pm and remain shut until 10am on Tuesday December 27, when they will open until 4pm.

Regular hours of 9am until 5pm will resume on Wednesday December 28, with the usual match-day extensions in place for the 7.45pm kick off on Friday December 30.

New Year’s Eve will see the ticket office and shop close at 2pm before re-opening on Tuesday January 3, when normal hours will resume.

Online ticket and shop sales will remain available 24/7 during the Christmas period, though orders will be processed by staff working the revised ticket office and shop hours.

In addition, tickets can be booked via the Kingston Park Stadium ticket hotline on 0871 226 6060 every day except Christmas Day, thanks to the club’s partnership with Ticketmaster.

Normally open from 8am until 8pm weekdays, and 6pm on weekends, the hotline will be operational until 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Years’ Eve, from 12 noon until 6pm on Boxing Day and from 8am until 6pm on Tuesday December 27.

New Year’s Day will repeat Boxing Day’s 12 noon until 6pm opening, While January 2 will see the hotline close from 6pm. Normal service will resume from January 3.
