Match-day guide: Newcastle Falcons v Sale Sharks

Turnstiles open at 6.15pm, with kick-off set for 7.45pm.

Our club shop and ticket office will be open from 9am on match day.

The fixture against Sale Sharks is included in all 2024/25 seasonal membership packages.

Match tickets for Falcons v Sharks are currently on general sale with prices from as little as £14 for adults and £8 for U18s. Concessionary pricing is also available for 18–23-year-olds and supporters over the age of 65.

Ticket prices will rise on match day so be sure to grab yours quick!

Newcastle Falcons welcome northern rivals, Sale Sharks to Kingston Park this Friday (November 22, kick-off: 7.45pm) in Round 3 of the Premiership Rugby Cup.

Both sides remain unbeaten in the competition, with the Falcons earning bonus-points victories over Caldy RFC and Doncaster Knights.

Whilst there’s plenty of action expected on the pitch, we’ll also have plenty taking place off it. For more details on everything going on at Kingston Park, see below:

TICKETS

Match tickets for Falcons v Sharks remain on general sale from as little as £14 for adults and just £8 for U18s. Concessionary pricing is also available for 18–23-year-olds or supporters over the age of 65. Be sure to grabs yours before prices rise on match day. Click HERE to secure your place.

Once you’ve purchased a match ticket, these will be sent to the email address you provided, attached to your purchase confirmation – these can either be printed, viewable on your smartphone or added to your phone’s digital wallet.

2024/25 season ticket holders will be able to access the ground with your digital season ticket. If you’re a supporter with a physical card for the season, this will also grant you access to the stadium.

CLUB SHOP & RETAIL

Our club shop is located in our East Stand and we’ll also have retail units set up in the West and South Stand concourses.

ENTERTAINMENT

We’re delighted to welcome local singers Lauren Chiverton and Millie Bradley to Kingston Park. Lauren and Millie will both be performing in our Street Eats suite before and after the game against the Knights.

Once again, the Newcastle Rugby Foundation will be hosting our Junior Falcons funzone on the West Stand concourse. There’s plenty of activities planned and you’ll even get a special visit from Flash the Falcon – don’t miss it!

The Newcastle Rugby Foundation will be holding their usual Foundation Flutter raffle ahead of kick-off. Purchase a ticket for your chance to win a great prize. There are stations situated in both the South and West Stand concourses to purchase tickets from as well as a roaming seller throughout the stadium bowl.

At half time, our fan favourite merchandise cannon will make its return to Kingston Park, giving supporters a chance to get their hands on some free stash!

There will be no crossbar challenge this week as we have several youth fixtures taking place on the pitch. Be sure to give them all a huge cheer when the games are underway!

Approximately 30 minutes after the final whistle, be sure to join us on the West Stand concourse to hear some post-match thoughts from two members of the non-playing squad. Enjoy the insights from a different perspective!

Supporters are invited to stay after the game to meet and mingle with the squad and coaching staff, who will join fans on the West Stand concourse.

FOOD & DRINK

A wide selection of bars and food stalls are open throughout the stadium on match day.

Both our South and West Stand concourses will be in full operation for the fixture, with bars and food kiosks situated throughout.

Located in our fanzone, we’ll also have our fan-favourite pizza van.

Our East Stand Tap & Tackle bar will also be open serving drinks.

Please be reminded that Kingston Park is a cashless stadium, and all bars and food outlets will only accept card payments.

Keep your original general admission seat but enjoy the added perks of our vibrant Street Eats suite.

Don’t let going solo stop you from enjoying a fantastic evening of sport and entertainment – there’s always a friendly face for the necessary pre-match chats!

Supporters are advised that the 7.45pm kick-off at Kingston Park is not being televised or live-streamed.

There will however be live commentary on the BBC Rugby website or you can follow our official X feed for your usual in-game updates.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be reminded that Kingston Park is a cashless venue.

Kingston Park is also NO SMOKING stadium. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere in the stadium pre, during or post-match.

Our CAST volunteers will be conducting ticket checks throughout the game to ensure supporters are situated in the appro

After the game has finished, there will be plenty of opportunities to meet the squad. As well as their usual lap of the stadium, supporters are also invited onto the pitch for any autographs and selfies!

We do however ask that you DO NOT enter the pitch until instructed to do so by our stewarding team and stadium announcer.

This is to ensure the safety of both the supporters and the playing squad and will be approx. 10 minutes after the final whistle.
