Bristol Bears emerged 21-13 victors over Newcastle Falcons at Kingston Park in Round 9 of the Gallagher Premiership.

Kiran McDonald scored a consolation try for the hosts with Rory Jennings converting. Jennings also added a penalty prior to the try and young fly-half Louie Johnson also slotted one of his own.
