The Newcastle Falcons Residential camp is now in its tenth successful year of running and its sixth consecutive year at host school, Barnard Castle.
The school, steeped in history, offers a picturesque setting with superb facilities, dining and accommodation. The course will run from Monday 4 to Friday 8 August 2014.
Once again the Falcons will team up with Leeds Carnegie as the two Community teams work to deliver a week of intense rugby training. The course is open to experienced rugby players with a good knowledge of the game and good basic fitness level, with over 25 hours of rugby over the five days. As well as their days of training with high level coaching staff; evening activities include 5-a-side, tennis, swimming, cricket, basketball and much more.
As well as the daily skills and fitness coaching there will also be special guests attending throughout the week from both Leeds Carnegie and Newcastle Falcons to carry out talks and drills with the youngsters.
The cost of the course includes all accommodation, three meals plus supper each day and all evening activities.
