We want to thank you all for your patience with regard to the Boxing Day cancellation and requests for refunds, transfers, or credits. In order to cater for everyone’s individual requirements, in terms of transfers or reimbursements, the process has had to be an extremely manual one and our very small, dedicated team has been working hard to deal with all forms of correspondence. The club is incredibly grateful for your understanding and as always, your continued support of the Falcons.
We’ve now started to release payment to all fans who’ve requested refunds.
For those of you who have requested ticket transfers or credit the ticket office is, as we speak, working through your individual requests to ensure that they are fulfilled. The club would like to extend a big thank you for keeping your money in the Falcons – your loyal support is very much appreciated.
We aim to have all requests for refunds, credit or ticket transfers successfully completed no later than the end of February.
