The Falcons Community Foundation have put in place a raft of measures to ensure our October half-term coaching camps are covid-safe.
Girls and boys aged 6 to 14 can join in the fun at venues around the region, with camp days running from 10am until 3pm. The Kingston Park Stadium camps even have breakfast and early drop-off from 8am!
All camps include coaching from Falcons Community Foundation coaches, who all hold Enhanced DBS and Level 2 coaching awards.
Each participant will receive a Falcons T-Shirt and £5 credit to use within the stadium on such things as merchandise, match tickets and future camps.
Leaving no stone unturned to ensure that our camps are delivered in a covid-safe manner and in line with all government guidance, measures include:
Temperature checks on arrival, questionnaires and track-and-trace measures in place.
Emphasis placed on social distancing.
Drop-off and pick-up will be managed to ensure no mixing between parents and players of other groups.
Participants will be in a bubble for the duration of their camp, with a dedicated coach.
Regular breaks to sanitise equipment and hands.
Lunchtimes will be staggered.
As much as possible, everything will be outside.
Sessions will be focused on the core skills, introducing adapted games and small skill zones with a big emphasis on fun and enjoyment.
