The Cumbrian packs down at open-side for Saturday's 3pm kick-off at Twickenham, having started their two previous tests against New Zealand and South Africa.
Elsewhere, Falcons centre Chris Harris is on Scotland's bench for their 5.20pm kick-off against South Africa at Murrayfield, having played the last half-hour of last weekend's home win over Fiji.
The Fijians play against Uruguay at Hartpury in Gloucestershire at 1pm, with their squad for their European tour including Newcastle pair Tevita Cavubati and Vereniki Goneva.
Newcastle scrum-half Sonatane Takulua's Tonga side are in Cardiff to face Wales on Saturday at 2.30pm, while Falcons prop Logovi'i Mulipola is in Tbilisi with the Samoa squad as they prepare for Saturday's test against Georgia (kick-off 2pm UK time).
