International round-up as Falcons fly the flag

Newcastle Falcons players were spread out around Europe during a busy weekend of international rugby.

Chris Harris played the last half hour for Scotland during their 54-17 victory over Fiji, making a second-half try against a Fiji side containing club-mates Tevita Cavubati and Vereniki Goneva.

Mark Wilson played the full 80 minutes for England as they lost 16-15 to world champions New Zealand at Twickenham.

Logovi'i Mulipola scored a try for Samoa in their 30-29 loss to the USA in Spain as they fell to a last-minute penalty, while Sonatane Takulua scored a try and kicked goals for Tonga during their 49-38 win over the French Barbarians in Bordeaux.
