Performers have been confirmed for the Spectator Plaza outside St James' Park ahead of the European finals on Friday and Saturday.
Situated on Strawberry Place and next to St James' Park Metro station, the plaza includes a stage with live music, DJ sets, games and audience interaction, with the line-up as follows.
FRIDAY
12noon - 4.15pm: Playlist (from 1.30pm, the chance to win two tickets for Saturday's Heineken Champions Cup final.
4.45pm - 6.45pm: Shakedown (disco, soul, pop, swing and rock).
7.15pm - 9.45pm: DJ set.
9.45pm - 10.45pm: Union Street (funk, soul, 60s to present day).
SATURDAY
10am - 1.30pm: Playlist
1.30pm: Live show starts, quizzes, interviews and crowd engagement
2pm - 4pm: Shakedown (disco, soul, pop, swing and rock).
4.30pm - 7.15pm: DJ set
7.15pm - 8.15pm: Shakedown
9pm -10.45pm: Houndcats (rock n roll, blues, 50s & 60s)
There is also plenty going on at the official Rugby Champions Village down on the Quayside on Friday on Saturday with fun and games, zipwire across the Tyne, food, drink and entertainment.
