Newcastle Falcons scrum-half Louis Schreuder will leave the club at the end of the current season to take up a new challenge with Bath Rugby.
The 31-year-old South African has made 33 appearances in his two seasons with the Falcons, scoring two tries.
Director of rugby Dean Richards said: “We thank Louis for his service during his time with us, and wish him all the best for his move down to Bath.
“Between now and the end of the season he will of course remain fully committed to the Falcons as we look to finish the campaign in the strongest possible fashion.”
Newcastle Falcons are next in action on Saturday when they host Saracens in the Gallagher Premiership.
