One last chance for season ticket holders to choose their method of reimbursement.
Newcastle Falcons' 2019-20 season ticket members have 24hrs to pick their choice of method to receive their partial refund, as the July 31st option deadline approaches.
Offered as a result of the 2019/20 season covering a reduced number of games and a revision of match-day and season ticket prices, supporters can choose one of four refund options until 5pm on Wednesday.
Available options including a partial refund, a voucher to be spent on purchases across the club with many added benefits, a stake towards a player sponsorship or a donation to the Newcastle Rugby Foundation.
All season ticket members who have not responded to indicate their preferred option will receive a follow-up call before the deadline of 5pm on July 31. Any unclaimed refunds after this date will be automatically enrolled into the club voucher option.
If you are a season ticket member and have not received such an email, please email the ticket office on firstname.lastname@example.org and the relevant information will be emailed to you. Alternatively, call 0191 214 5588 and select option one to speak to a member of our ticketing team.
