Newcastle Falcons are now recruiting staff for their retail and ticketing department.
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join the sales team.
Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key role requirements
• Previous customer service experience essential.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• IT Skills.
• The role will sit across both retail and ticketing activations.
• Flexible working hours across seven days, including match day.
• Working on and off site.
• Competitive rates of pay.
