Former Falcons Captain becomes latest to confirm for Legends game.
Newcastle Falcons can today confirm that Hugh Vyvyan has become the latest former player announced to play in the club’s Legends game this October.
Vyvyan, who was a part of the Tetley’s Bitter Cup winning Falcons side of 2001 and later captained the team during their 2004 Powergen Cup winning campaign, appeared 181 times for the Falcons before moving on to Saracens.
Vyvyan joins a number of former Falcons players in signing up for the charity game, which will see a team of Falcons Legends take on a team of Southern Hemisphere as part of the Falcons’ Rugby World Cup celebrations.
Held at Kingston Park Stadium on Friday 2nd October, tickets for the Legends game start from £10 for adults and £5 for juniors and are available to buy now in person from the Kingston Park Box Office or by calling the Falcons Ticket Office team on 0191 214 2825.
