Newcastle Falcons welcome Saracens for the Gallagher Premiership season opener at Kingston Park Stadium on Sunday, September 2nd (3.00pm KO).

It is set to be a bumper crowd for the first game of the 2018/19 season as the defending champions come into town and this is our easy guide for what to expect if you’re joining us on Sunday.

– 13:30 – Bar happy hours begin

– 14:30 – Player meet and greet – Wooden Spoon Corner, West Stand concourse
– 14:50 – Team announcements
– 15:00 – Kick off

**Match Tickets** – Supporters are urged to buy in advance to avoid missing out on their favourite place in the ground, tickets are selling quickly, with limited West Stand seating available. Advanced purchase also allows supporters to save on full match day prices and avoid any purchase queues on match-day.

**Season Tickets** – Supporters wishing to book up for the full 2018/19 season will be able also to be able to purchase season tickets ahead of Sunday’s game. Starting from £225 for adults, season memberships cover all 11 Gallagher Premiership Rugby home games, three Heineken Champions Cup fixtures and two Premiership Rugby Cup group matches.

**Getting Here** – Stadium car parking for Sunday’s match will be available on the day priced at £10 per vehicle and on a first come first served basis.
Kingston Park Stadium is well served by local public transport services, with Stagecoach’s X47 service from Newcastle city centre stopping opposite the ground on Windsor Way and Tyne & Wear Metro services on the airport line calling at Kingston Park and Bank Foot (approx 7mins walk away)

**Stadium Access** – Supporters must enter the stand for which they hold tickets to gain entry into the ground. Kingston Park Stadium’s ticket scanners will have restrictions in place which will only allow tickets for that stand to be scanned.

Kingston Park Stadium will be operating enhanced security procedures around Sunday’s game, including bag searches. If you would usually bring a bag to the game please consider whether this is something you really need.

If you do need to bring a bag please be aware that it will be subject to search from security staff and be sure to allow extra time for getting into the ground. Bars – Supporters bar facilities are available in the South, East and West stand.

**The CAST** – A new addition to match-days this season, our CAST volunteers will be on hand to point you in the right direction and improve your match day experience.

The volunteers aim to bring knowledge, passion for service and most importantly fun to every home match and to help our spectators have a standout experience whenever they visit Kingston Park Stadium. They can easily be spotted in their bright green uniforms and are ready to assist with any enquiries you might have on Sunday.

**Food & Drink** – Supporters can enjoy a wide range of food and drink options at the ground on Sunday, with stadium bars, kiosks, Angel Fish and Posh Box outlets all open.

In addition to the regular outlets, Kingston Park’s offerings have been enhanced for the upcoming season with two new bars in the South Stand concourse and the following additional serving points.

– South Stand – mobile units at the front of the stand
– West Stand concourse – new mobile units
– North West corner – Container bottle bar
– Rocket Pack – dispensing Greene King IPA around the ground

Post-match, the now famous Curry Corner will be in situ in the 1877 Bar approximately 30 minutes after the full-time whistle with this weekend’s delicious flavours being

**Pre-match talk in and player meet & greets** – Fans have two opportunities to get the thoughts of members of the Falcons playing squad ahead of kick off on Sunday in both the East and West Stands.

In the 1877 Justin Lockwood will be joined by members of the non-playing squad for a pre-match Q&A from 14:30 while over in the West Stand concourse, additional players will be present in the Wooden Spoon Corner helping to sign up new members to the Junior Falcons fan club, sign autographs and chat to fans before the game gets underway.

**Merchandise** – Sunday’s game offers fans the first chance to get stocked up on the all new 2018/19 merchandise range with replica shirts, team-wear and leisure-wear all in store.

Merchandise will be available to purchase from the main club shop in the East Stand, while supporters in the South and West stands will also be able to purchase items from the retail stations located within these stands’ concourses.

**Programmes** – On sale in the East Stand club shop and from mobile selling points around the ground, the 72-page publication is available at £3.50 per copy.

**Foundation Flutter** – Offering supporters the chance to win the Falcons Man of the Match shirt or corporate hospitality at the next home fixture, tickets are available from sellers around the ground pre-match, priced at £1 per ticket.

**Pitch Access** – Supporters will be welcome to take to the field after the completion of the game against Saracens, however, entry will be delayed until players have completed a lap of the stadium. Please make your way to the West Stand entry points if you wish to go onto the pitch, and follow all instructions from safety stewards.
