Hartlepool native Mark is a former Falcons senior academy player who took up coaching when a serious leg injury curtailed his playing ambitions.

Initially coaching the Falcons’ academy, he rose to academy manager and then into the first team set-up, during which time attack and skills have been part of his remit.
