Tom Gordon joined Newcastle Falcons in the summer of 2024 from then URC champions, Glasgow Warriors.

A specialist openside renowned for his work at the breakdown, the New Zealand-born forward embarked on a gap year to Scotland aged 17 and never went back.

Winning the Scottish Premiership with Currie RFC and spending time in Edinburgh’s academy, Gordon was capped by Scotland at U18s and U20s levels, qualifying for them through his grandparents.

Signing professional terms with Glasgow Warriors in 2018, he made 76 appearances during his six seasons at Scotstoun, playing ten games during the 2023-24 campaign when they won the URC title.
