How do I book hospitality?

You can easily book our matchday hospitality online here

The hospitality entrance is located at the west stand glass atrium

You will need your digital ticket or season ticket to gain entry to hospitality. Our seasonal members will also need their hospitality lanyard. 

Our hospitality starts to open from three hour prior to kick-off. Exact timing will depend on which suite you’re booked in to. 

Premier Club – 3 hours prior to kick-off

International Suite– 2 hours prior to kick-off

Executive Boxes – 2.5 hours prior to kick-off

Street Eats in the Fifteen at the Falcons – 2 hours prior to kick-off

A full itinerary will be provided upon booking. 

Smart casual with a clear exception for rugby tops.

You can request a car park pass as part of your hospitality booking on the ratio of one car park pass per four spaces booked. Car parking is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. There is dedicated hospitality parking and stewards on site to direct you.

Children are welcome! All children aged two and above require a valid match ticket. Children under the age of 16 can dine in the Premier Club and International Suite packages for half price or can request to order from our children’s menu. Please note this must be pre-booked.

Please note we are a cashless stadium. Drinks can be pre-ordered as part of your hospitality package no later than five days prior to the fixture, please contact your dedicated booking host for details. On the day you have the choice to pay as you go or set up a tab and settle before departure.

Here at Newcastle Falcons, we don’t have a set closing time post-match within hospitality however areas of the stadium will begin to close in line with demand so you may be politely asked to move to a different bar should you wish to continue with your celebrations. 

We strive to be as flexible as possible; amends can be made up until five days prior to the game. Tables can be banked with two weeks’ notice; single places can be banked with one weeks’ notice. Any amends or cancellations outside of this framework will be fully chargeable.
