Update on season ticket and exclusive hat collection
An update for all season ticket members.
The deadline to collect your season ticket packs and Newcastle Falcons beanie hat, exclusive to members for this season, will be at our Friday night fixture against Bristol Bears on 30 September.
Both will be available to collect from our East Stand club shop and ticket office on the day. Collection can also take place prior to the fixture during our regular opening hours:
**Monday:** 12-5pm
**Tuesday:** CLOSED.
**Wednesday:** 12-5pm.
**Thursday:** 12-5pm.
**Friday:** 12-5pm.
**Saturday:** 10am-4pm.
**Sunday:** CLOSED
Please note that on Mon 19 Sept, our ticket office will be closed for the bank holiday but we will re-open on Tue 20 Sept (12-5pm) instead.
